We have lowered the asking price on the used P-44 in our brokerage section to $529k. This vessel was the prototype for our successful P-47 power cat and shares the great fuel economy and comfort in a seaway as her larger sister. Her engines are brand new and all her other equipment is less than 2 years old.
This is a great value and she will be ready to go immediately once her new engines are installed. Please give me a call today at 207-529-6500 to setup an appointment to come to Maine and have a look at this...

Maine Cat is excited to announce we are building a new 38 foot power catamaran, MC P-38 Power Catamaran. We have modified our MC 38 sailing model's hull form in the aft sections to handle the weight of the twin 150 HP engines and flattened the run to provide some lift at higher speeds. The beam to length ratio remains very close to 12:1 and with these slender displacement hulls we will have a very comfortable ride and excellent fuel economy cruising at 18 to 20 knots.
Construction methods will remain the same as our MC 38. Thermoformed Core-Cell in...

Maine Cat started in 1993 building the Maine Cat 22 in my garage in Jefferson Maine. By 1998 we had designed and were building our classic Maine Cat 30. Now over sixty MC 30's are sailing. In 2003 with launched our first Maine Cat 41 and now have 22 sailing. In 2008 we introduced the most fuel efficient power cat; the P-47 and hull #8 will be lauched in June.
Now 20 years later we are very excited about introducing our new Maine Cat 38.
