The P-44 was the prototype for our successful P-47 model and is an excellent sea boat with great stability providing a level comfortable ride in all conditions.  Her high bows and subtle Carolina flare and two chines prevent her bows from taking any water on to the foredeck.

She is fully equipped for live aboard cruising with the following specifications:


1.   Composite FRP utilizing vinylester and polyester resin with triaxial or biaxial fiberglass fabrics

2.   100% Core-Cell structural core.

3.   Hull and deck chemically joined with biaxial fiberglass tapes entire interior

4.   All bulkheads are composite Core-Cell cored

5.   Bulkheads fiberglass taped to hull/deck

6.   Molded-in non-skid two tone deck surfaces including cockpit sole

7.   5 year non prorated structural (hull and deck above and below the water line)   and blister and finish warranty

8.   5 year prorated Awlgrip finish warranty

9.  All thru-hull and thru-deck penetrations to have core removed within 1” of opening and back-filled with resin and glass mixture

 Paint and Graphics:

1.   Sea Hawk epoxy barrier-coating system three (3) coats

2. Two (2) coats of Sea Hawk ablative premium bottom paint.

3.   Topsides and wet deck Awlgrip primed and painted with two topcoats color is Teal Gray

4.  All storage, bilge and machinery spaces to be painted white gelcoat


1.  White bulkheads with cherry trim

2.  Headliners in the house are Bolta-Soft vinyl over merantti plywood

3.   Interior topsides mid and forward and headliner in house covered with Bolta-Soft materials

3.   Blind valance pocket on all salon windows in the house 

4.   Sunbrella cushion covers for the berths and cockpit cushions including 5” laminated memory foam standard at berths

5.   The salon cushions covered in Ultra Leather to match the helm chairs


1.   Amtico commercial teak/holly on all interior floors and steps going below

Cabinet Hardware:

1.   All draws and doors will have push button locking mechanism.

2.   The doors to each cabin and the cockpit door will have bumpers, hooks and eyes or some other suitable means to holds the doors in the open position.

 Master cabin starboard hull:

1.  Headroom 6’-6” minimum

2.  Berth is 64” by 6’-8” is “walk” around

3.  Mattress is laminated Memory Foam, 3” base plus 2” memory top

4.   The foot of berth to have a cherry bull nose to retain the mattress in position

5.   “Walk-in” hanging locker in forepeak with louvered vent and key lock

6.   Hanging locker / storage closet in hallway with return air grill for Airco

7.   Full length cherry valance and cherry grab rail, valance to have lighting

8.  Three drawers under berth

 Guest cabin forward port hull:

Anchoring, Mooring Cleats and Hardware:

Forward anchor locker and engine room hatches:

1.   Two flush, water tight, fiberglass deck hatches over the lockers with gaskets and dogs.

2.   Two flush, water tight, fiberglass engine room hatches with gaskets and dogs.

3.   Two ladders provided for access to the engine rooms.

Door, Hatches, Ports and Windows:

1.   Six (6) windows in the house are by DSG are operable and shall have insect screens.  

2.  Eight (8) roughly 10” by 20” oval offshore rated opening port lights w/ screens.

3.  Four (4) aluminum framed Lewmar pilot sliding hatches in the house with     roller screen/shade plus two aft opening SS hatches, one over each berth, with   roller screen/shade  

4.   The three (3) operable windscreens of tempered glass at helm all with wipers and washers, no screens

5.  The cockpit door shall be by Diamond Sea Glaze  


     1.  Twin brand new Volvo 110 hp common rail diesel engines.

     2.  Two fuel tanks each 150 gallons, total 300 gallons, non-corrosive,         fiberglass construction, molded to bilge shape.

Hot water heaters:

1.  Two Quick B3 30 12SL 8 gallon hot water heaters with engine coils and 120- volt AC element and thermostatic mixing valve kit

Waste management:

1.   All seacocks are non-corrosive reinforced Marelon by Forespar

2.   Two (2) each 30-gallon holding tanks with full union ball valve gravity drain

3.   Deck mounted pump-out connection fittings

4.   Tecma electric toilet shall have a three way full union ball valve to divert waste to tank or directly overboard.

5.   Lavatory and sink drains pass through the hulls as high as possible above the standing water line.

Fresh water:

1.   Total capacity 100 gals in two flexible Nauta Neoprene/Nitrile Tedlar lined tanks

2.   All plumbing to hot/cold faucets run in Sea-Tech Quick Connect 35 series Pex tubing

3.   Faucets, shower etc. to be Scandvik

4.   Hot / cold stern shower on port swim platform

5.   Provide one Johnson pump for each fresh water tank 

6.   Seagull IV X-1F water filter   

7.   Add Splendide combo washer and vented dryer vented
